Microsoft hat eine neue Funktion eingeführt, mit der Spieler ihre Freunde einfacher zu Multiplayer-Spielen einladen können. Mit den neuen Einladungslinks können Xbox Game Pass Ultimate-Mitglieder einen Link erstellen und diesen über Direktnachrichten, Gruppenchats oder soziale Medien teilen. Spieler, die den Link erhalten, können dann über ihren Browser oder ein kompatibles Fernsehgerät an der Sitzung teilnehmen.

Um einen Einladungslink zu erstellen, müssen die Spieler das Einladungsmenü des Spiels verwenden. Der Link kann dann an bis zu vier Freunde geschickt werden. Die Teilnehmer müssen über ein Xbox-Konto verfügen, und für einige Spiele ist der Xbox Game Pass Ultimate erforderlich. Die Anzahl der Spieler, die über einen Einladungslink teilnehmen können, hängt von der Multiplayer-Kapazität des Spiels ab.
